L. purpurata var. werkhauserii striata x L. purpurata var. carnea

L. purpurata is the Brazilian national flower and has a wide range of color varieties. The Werkhauserii variety has white flowers with a slate-blue lip. Being a striata, it also has flaring on the petals. The Carnea variety has white flowers with an almost fluorescent pink lip...a very unique orchid color! We are not sure what the offspring coloring will be, but we have so many purpurata varieties in our greenhouse, and come summer when they bloom, we love the sight of every one!
