We take great care in packing plants; however, very occasionally, damage occurs in transit that is beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, keep all of your packing materials, and please let us know within 24 hours. Take a picture of the damage as that may be necessary when filing a claim with the carrier. We do not guarantee blooms/buds/spikes. Please do not refuse or return your package without return authorization.
