C. Capra var. coerulea x Brazilian Jewel
Cattleya Capra is a primary hybrid between Cattleya amethystoglossa and Cattleya labiata. It was originally made by the English firm of Charlesworth LTD in 1910. In this cross we have used the remade coerulea form which has regal stature, excellent color and substance. Cattleya Brazilian Jewel is a primary hybrid between Cattleya walkeriana and Cattleya nobilior. The plants remain compact and have very fragrant 4" blue flowers. We are looking forward to some lovely mid-sized coereula plants.
