Enc. Lorraine Smith x cordigera

Encyclia Lorraine Smith is a primary hybrid between Enc. tampensis x Enc. phoenicea that produces and abundance of chartruse flowers overlaid with a rich mahogany color with a magenta lip bordered with white. The branched spikes covered in flowers are quite a show. Encyclia cordigera has fragrant flowers are a dark chocolate color and a large brightwhite lip accented with a lavender spot close to the column. We love encyclias and can't wait to see the offspring from this hybrid.
