LC Nancy Degenhardt coeruela brings the classic shape from its parents. C Lawre-Mossiae coerulea is a primary cattleya hybrid. The lips are the distinctively tube shaped from C lawrenceana which hides the column. We expect this hybrid to produce fairly large coerulean flowers (some with the flaring as in the LC Nancy Degenhardt). The lip should be a dark indigo blue.
