This is a blue remake of a hybrid registered in 1896. Cattleya maxima var. coerulea brings great qualities to its progeny -- vigorous growth, good texture and substance, beautiful lip pattern. Where Cattleya skinneri var. coerulea produces small to medium sized multi-floral cattleya hybrids. We expect heavy clusters of gorgeous blue flowers on upright stems.
