This is a remake of the primary hybrid registered in 1896. The parent forms are the aurea form of Cattleya dowiana and the tipo form of Cattelya warscewiczii. The large plants will produce grand flowers that will be dominated by the striking striated lip. The flower picture we have is of our semi-alba form of C. Hardyana. We anticipate this cross will make more of a tipo (lavender) coloration.
