C. leopoldii var. alba is a rare form of the Brazilian species also known as Cattleya tigrina. The mother plant has clusters of fragrant clear green flowers with white lips on an upright plant. C. aclandiae var. alba is also a very rare color form of C. aclandiae. The mother plant has clear green flowers with a white lip. We hope the alba traits will carry on to the offspring which would make a very nice example of an multi-floral alba bifoliate cattleya.
