This is a species from Mexico and tolerates a wide range of growing conditions. The Irwin's clone is exceptional particularly because of its extremely large, dark flowers. The nearly 6” flowers are huge and are a rich lavender with a velvety dark royal purple lip with a bright yellow throat.
(Plants are bare root front bulb blooming size divisions with at least three pseudobulbs and one new growth.)
