LC. Eximia ‘Lorriane’ X C. Minerva ‘Gran Wisteria’ HCC/AOS

This is a hybrid from Carson Whitlow. LC. Eximia is a primary hybrid between C. warneri and L. purpurata that has large light blue flowers with a dark slate-blue lip. C. Minerva is a primary hybrid between C. bowringiana and C. loddigesii. The awarded clone that was used as the pollen parent in this cross carries multiple wisteria blue colored flowers on upright spikes. We are looking for this hybrid to produce clusters of 4-5” pastel blues with a much darker lip. The plant will be moderate in height with a compact growth form.
