(LC. Schilleriana x Blue Moon) x C. bowringiana var. coerulea

This is a great cross using a yet-unnamed pod plant hybrid between LC. Schilleriana (C. intermedia x L. purpurata) and LC. Blue Moon (LC. Cheergirl x C. warneri) and the seed parent of C. bowringiana var. coerulea. The result is a compact plant that produces many blue flowers per inflorescence thanks to the bowringiana influence. We are very happy with the results we have seen so far, and expect to continue seeing lovely multi-floral blues from this cross. The flower picture is from one of our first-bloomed plants from this hybrid.
