(Pot. Frank Gilmore ‘Mendenhall’ AM/AOS x BLC. Toshie Aoki ‘Pizazz’ AM/AOS)

This standard-sized cattleya is a hybrid between the awarded Pot. Frank Gilmore 'Mendenhall' which has firm-textured bright yellow flowers with dark red veining in the throat. BLC. Toshie Aoki 'Pizazz' is another awarded cattleya that has rich yellow flowers with large flares on the sepals and petals along with a velvety ruffled magenta lip. The resulting offspring will produce large yellow flowers with a magenta lip - many of which will have lovely flaring at the tips of the sepals and petals.
